Adré Potgieter is a registered Social Worker with over 30 years of experience in child and family welfare, as well as specialised practice in genetic social work.
She served as a School Psychologist at a high school for eight years before transitioning into private practice, where she offers a holistic approach to counselling and provides leadership development and support to management teams across multiple schools.
Adré lived and worked in London, UK, for 20 years and spent an additional two years in the Netherlands, gaining valuable international experience that informs her integrative approach. She is an internationally registered ICR Neuro-Life Coach, a qualified ETA Fitness Instructor, a HeartMath Coach specialising in heart rate variability, and a certified TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) Practitioner. She is also trained in a range of therapeutic modalities.
Specialising in trauma and burnout recovery, Adré works with both children and adults, supporting clients in moving from survival to sustainable thriving. She integrates her extensive therapeutic background with coaching and embodied practices, guided by her personal motto:
